Praedia OS began as the system behind our own rental portfolio. Spreadsheets and tracking apps couldn't tell us what each property really earned, or whether the books would stand up to an accountant. So we built something that could.
We still run our own books on it. Before every release, we check that our own ledger still balances to the cent and that nothing changed that shouldn't have. If it isn't good enough for our money, it doesn't ship.
